Larry Weishuhn × Silver Stag
Known worldwide as “Mr. Whitetail,” Larry Weishuhn has spent a lifetime as a professional wildlife biologist, hunting guide, outdoor writer, book author, and award-winning television host — and always a conservationist. He's a Professional Member of the Boone & Crockett Club, co-founder of the Texas Wildlife Association, longtime Dallas Safari Club Ambassador, and a member of the Legends of the Outdoors National Hall of Fame. With over sixty years of experience taking apart game, Larry designed what he considers “true” hunting knives — and chose Silver Stag to hand-craft them in the USA. We're proud to carry his collection as a friend and partner of Dispatch Hunts.
"I wanted knives that were uniquely hand-crafted and would not only serve the purpose for which they were created, but also were attractive, durable and functional. Knives built by Silver Stag do all that and much more."— Larry Weishuhn, “Mr. Whitetail”
