A true do-it-yourself Alaskan adventure. We fly you and your partners into a fully provisioned remote tent camp in Southwest Alaska's Wood-Tikchik region — 1.6 million acres of interconnected lakes, rivers and boreal forest north of Dillingham — and turn you loose on trophy Alaskan-Yukon bulls during the peak September rut. You'll have an entire camp and hunting area to yourselves, hunting from boats along lakeshores and the Nushagak drainage, calling and raking brush for bulls that regularly stretch 55–70+ inches. This is unguided: no guide services, just capable hunters, big country and the biggest moose on earth. Minimum 3 hunters per camp (we can help pair smaller groups). A 50% deposit secures your booking.

Second hunt with Dispatch and the Alaskan-Yukon Moose trip did not disappoint. Wood-Tikchik is no joke — physically demanding — but the camp, the food and the guiding were all first class. Tagged out on a great animal and made memories that'll last forever.
From the first phone call to the flight home, these folks were dialed in. The Alaskan-Yukon Moose country in Wood-Tikchik is everything they said it would be. Professional guides, honest advice, and a hunt I'll be telling stories about for years.
